Comprehensive range of support services: Covering the entire redundancy life cycle including:
- Pre-termination planning
- Onsite support during announcements
- Group and individual outplacement programs and
- Support for surviving employees.
Levels of support can be tailored to your needs, from open-ended (designed for long-term or senior level employees who may benefit from an open-ended individual support program) to personalised coaching (coaching and counselling support for a set number of consultations ranging from four to twelve hours) to group programs and workshops.
