Our Policy: Forsythes Recruitment is committed to providing a safe and healthy place of work for all employees and visitors. In order to ensure continual progress towards the optimal working environment, management and employees will engage in an effective consultation process on OHS issues.
Take care, stay well: Our managers take the lead in ensuring OH&S compliance. We require all employees to comply strictly with safety measures and to take care of themselves and their colleagues.
We require employees to:
- work safely and encourage colleagues to do the same
- report any unsafe conditions immediately, and
- use safety equipment and take care of it.
Learning to be safe: We train you to understand and apply safe work practices, with general instruction as well as site-specific information that’s accredited by WorkCover for a variety of sites. At all times we communicate openly with you about emerging OH&S matters.
