Michelle addresses organisational and people problems in creative and effective ways. She has a HR/OD background in the Education, Health and Humanitarian Aid sectors together with a Bachelor in Social Science (Human Resources & Human Relations/Communication) and a Masters in Applied Science (Social Ecology – Organisational Development). Human Synergistics feedback tools are used extensively in the OD work of Forsythes Recruitment both in Coaching, Leadership Development and Organisational Culture programs.

Commencing in December 2004 as a Support Consultant in the Industrial team, within six months Sue was promoted to a Consultant role and over the past six years has worked across a number of recruitment specialties with a wide range of clients. Her current portfolio covers all aspects of HR, business development and senior executive recruitment. Sue holds a Diploma in Business (HR) with distinction and is a certified member of the Australian Human Resource Institute (CAHRI).

Commencing in 2010 as our Newcastle receptionist, Emily has since moved to the Organisational Development space, supporting Michelle Crawford and Sue Flanagan. Prior to this, Emily's background has been in customer service working in call centres with extra curricular activities including theatre.
