We also use other public databases (for example Seek and Linkme) and Boolean searches to find specialist candidates online.

Our database is responsible for approximately 40% of our permanent placements and 95% of our temporary placements.

Social media. Forsythes Recruitment uses social media to engage conversation, build relationships or to target people very specifically with pay-per-click advertising. Such targeted strategies help us capture the attention of people with particular interests; at particular age ranges; living in certain locations; working in certain fields; and attending (or previously attending) certain schools / universities.

Social media helps us find and engage with candidates who, recently, have been placed into approximately 30% of our successful permanent recruitment assignments.

NPA Worldwide. Forsythes Recruitment is a member of the NPA Worldwide recruitment network – an alliance of 425 specialist recruitment firms around the world. Through membership, communication, cloud technology and shared recruitment fees, Forsythes cooperates with ‘competing’ agencies to access multiple candidate databases and so provide one of the most powerful search capabilities in the recruitment market today.

Approximately 10% of our permanent recruitment assignments are successfully filled with candidates who have been provided to us through our NPA network.
