Geoff has an honours degree in psychology and postgraduate qualifications in business and technology. He started at Forsythes Recruitment in 1998 as a consultant and became a partner in 2006.
Geoff is involved in most aspects of the Newcastle and Central Coast offices with a particular passion for service that goes beyond traditional recruitment solutions. This mindset drives innovation, continuous improvement and the ongoing development of value-added services including Recruitment Process Outsourcing, psych and organisational consulting, international candidate pipelines and our regional online salary survey.
Geoff is a keen speaker, networker and part time social researcher. He is the Sydney trainer for the NPA worldwide recruitment network, a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport Australia, and foundation member of the Hunter Medical Research Institute.

Paul has been with Forsythes since 1992 and served as CEO from 2003 to the end of 2009. Paul offers a unique combination of skills and experience gained from leading a diverse business services organisation, a corporate HR background with national and international organisations and an extensive executive recruitment career.
As a Director of Forsythes Recruitment, Paul works with the senior management team to identify opportunities that further the growth and sustainability of the business. Developing long term client partnerships based on trust and outcomes are critical to this strategy.
Paul is particularly passionate about promoting a culture that supports personal and professional development for staff and a business environment that fosters innovation, quality and financial viability.
